Your Drinks:
Lychee Sour
- 50ml Spirit of your choice
- 25ml Lychee Juice
- 15ml Raspberry syrup*
- 20ml Lemon juice
- Lemon twist
*Add 300g of sugar and 300ml of hot water and stir to dissolve. Add a punnet of raspberries and leave to infuse for at least six hours or ideally overnight. You can add these to a pan and simmer for 20 minutes to speed up the process, but the flavour will be less fresh and bright. Makes approx. 400ml of syrup.
Apple & Mango Buck
- 50ml Spirit of your choice
- 35ml Apple & Mango juice
- 10ml Ana Birch Syrup Caramel liqueur
- 10ml Sugar syrup*
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Topped with Ginger Ale
Pomegranate Cosmo
- 50ml Spirit of your choice
- 35ml Pomegranate juice
- 10ml Rhubarb liqueur
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Lavender syrup*
*Add 300g of sugar and 300ml of hot water and stir to dissolve. Add a bunch of lavender and leave to infuse for at least six hours or ideally overnight. You can add these to a pan and simmer for 20 minutes to speed up the process, but the flavour will be less fresh and bright. Makes approx. 400ml of syrup.
