Gin & Canapes

Gin has such a wonderful array of flavours that are perfect for a gin tasting paired with delicious food! We’ll start you out with a welcome cocktail before you sample three different gins from around Scotland, each paired with a canape from local caterers Xanders.

Throughout, we’ll talk about each dish, the gin pairing, and everything you need to know about the tasty spirit in front of you, from it’s provenance to botanicals.
