Private Rum Cruise – 25th May @ 5pm – Kirsty Randall

Set sail on the seven seas one canal of Edinburgh and sample some delicious rum and cocktails on board our first Rum Cruise – but don’t get on the skipper’s bad side or you’ll end up walking the plank! (into the 3ft deep canal)

Join us for a two hour trip along the Union Canal starting and ending at Fountainbridge, sampling four different premium rums from around the world, including at least one from Scotland, while we talk you through the story and flavours of each. You’ll get to try each both as a neat sample to allow us to discuss and appreciate the differences you find, and as part of a mixed drink or cocktail to show off the versatility of each spirit.

You’ll also have the knowledge and expertise of our experienced rum hosts and mixologists who will discuss interesting rum topics and answer any and all questions you may have. All dietary requirements for canapes can be catered for – just let us know at the time of booking.
