On our monthly cocktail masterclass series, Spotlight On, join us for a deep dive into the cocktail world! Each month we’ll explore a specific drink, technique, brand or ingredient, discussing the history, production, flavours or drinks related to that topic while sampling four tasty bevs.

For our next Spotlight On we’ll focus on the Margarita – our most requested cocktail to get a deep dive! We’ll start with a classic Margarita on arrival while we tell you about the history of the drink and its ingredients, before taking you on a modern journey of the Margarita in three cocktails – expect different ingredients, base spirits, and new techniques to elevate the drink to different levels.
