Whisky & Cheese is one of life’s greatest pairings, so join us at the Drinks Lab for a whisky tasting featuring locally sourced cheese and an accompanying food pairing.
You’ll start by sipping on our own house canned whisky highball, while we introduce our drams for the evening.
We’ll then try each of the four whiskies and cheese pairings, telling the stories behind each as well as chatting through the flavours we experience.
You can also buy and bottle your own miniatures (50ml) to take home from the drams you’ve tried, or from the selection in our whisky cabinet.
We are constantly changing our whisky selection we use, so even if you come along to multiple dates the chances are you’ll try something new!

All of our cheese is locally sourced – details on our suppliers will be made available prior to the event.
While we will offer a suggested order of pairing each whisky and cheese, we also love to experiment! We encourage you to try each of the whiskies with each of the cheeses to find your perfect pairings.
