Mackintosh Old Tom & Fever-Tree Ginger Ale

Seven Crofts Apple Southside

  • 50ml Seven Crofts Gin
  • 25ml Apple juice
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 8 mint leaves

*Combine 1 part boiling water and 1 part sugar and stir to dissolve.

Shake all ingredients including mint, and strain into coupe/martini/nick and nora glass,

Inspirited Bergamot & Golden Kiwi & Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic

Eenoo Gin Lychee Collins

  • 50ml Eenoo Gin
  • 25ml Lychee Juice
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Raspberry syrup*

*Add 400g boiling water to 400g sugar in a pan and stir to dissolve. Add a punnet of raspberries and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and strain out solids. Lasts a week in the fridge or add a shot of vodka/gin to increase shelf life to a month.
