Lunun Gin & Fever-Tree Ginger Ale
Foghouse Gin Apple Southside
- 50ml Foghouse Gin
- 25ml Apple juice
- 20ml Lime juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 8 mint leaves
*Combine 1 part boiling water and 1 part sugar and stir to dissolve.
Shake all ingredients including mint, and strain into coupe/martini/nick and nora glass,
Farmhouse Gin & Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
Ginepraio Lychee Collins
- 50ml Ginepraio Gin
- 25ml Lychee Juice
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Raspberry syrup*
*Add 400g boiling water to 400g sugar in a pan and stir to dissolve. Add a punnet of raspberries and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and strain out solids. Lasts a week in the fridge or add a shot of vodka/gin to increase shelf life to a month.
