Shoogle Gin Vanilla & Elderflower Fizz

  • 50ml Shoogle Gin
  • 10ml Orange juice
  • 10ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Vanilla syrup*
  • Top with Elderflower soda/tonic

*Combine 1 part boiling water and 1 part sugar and stir to dissolve. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and allow to cool.

Inventors Co Gin Spiced Pineapple Sour

  • 50ml Inventors Co Gin
  • 25ml Apple Juice
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Pineapple syrup*
  • Dash of Angostura bitters

*Add 1kg sugar to 1L boiling water to a large saucepan and stir to dissolve. Top and tail a pineapple, and slice into cubes or wedges. Add pineapple to pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and leave to infuse overnight then strain out solids. Makes approx 1.5Lsyrup and will last a week in the fridge. Add a shot of vodka/gin to increase shelf life to a month.
