Arbikie Nàdar Apple Southside
- 50ml Arbikie Nàdar
- 15ml Mint syrup*
- 20ml Lime juice
- 25ml Pressed apple juice
*Add 300g to 300ml boiled water and stir to dissolve. Strip the leaves from a 30g packet of mint, add to the sugar syrup and leave overnight to infuse. Store in refrigerator for up to a week. Yield approx 400ml syrup.
