Festival Info

Ballroom

We like to do things differently at Juniper Festival. Last year we took away the barriers between you and the exhibitors, allowing you to mingle with the distillers and producers, and sample their spirits. Try new and upcoming gins and pick the brains of the people responsible for creating your favourite flavours.

Dissection Room

We are blessed in Scotland with some of the finest creative cocktail minds and fantastic bars in the UK. Following on from last year, we're inviting some of the best bars to pair with carefully selected gin brands to create bespoke drinks for you to sample, and learn new ways of enjoying some of your favourite brands.

Masterclasses

The Summerhall Drinks Lab is dedicated to drinks education, and part of that is providing free talks and masterclasses on a variety of topics. Always a highlight of the festival, join us as we bring the Drinks Lab to the Anatomy Theatre for the weekend, where you can try samples of G&Ts, cocktails and spirits while learning about the history, creation and variety of gins around the world.

Gin Sampling

Of course the biggest draw of any gin festival is the gin! However, unlike other festivals, there's no requirement to purchase anything other than your ticket. You'll get to sample products from 30+ producers from around Scotland and the world; from brand new gins you've not tried yet, to some of the stalwarts of the gin world; from neat gin, to beautiful cocktails, all included in the ticket price.

Join us at Summerhall, Edinburgh over the weekend of 31st May — 2nd June. Tickets cost just £20 + £2.50 booking fee, and will entitle you to all of the above and a G&T token, redeemable at various stands. Session times will be as follows:
