Brugal 1888 Painkiller

  • 50ml Brugal 1888
  • 50ml Pineapple juice
  • 25ml Orange juice
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Cream of coconut
  • Grated nutmeg

Plantation Xaymaca Ginger Daiquiri

  • 60ml Plantation Xaymaca
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 20ml Ginger syrup*
  • Dash Angostura bitters

*Heat 300ml water and 300g sugar in pan and stir to dissolve. Peel and grate 100g of fresh ginger and add to pan, simmer for 20 minutes. Leave to cool overnight and strain out solids. Refrigerate for up to a week. Makes approx 400ml of syrup.
