- 15ml Lime juice
- 30ml Sugar syrup
- 45ml Doorly’s 5
- 60ml Water
- Dash Angostura bitters
- Grated nutmeg


Rum & Cake & Ginger Beer
Appleton Estate 8 Mai Tai
- 50ml Appleton Estate 8
- 15ml Orange Liqueur
- 20ml Lime juice
- 10ml Orgeat syrup
- 10ml Sugar syrup*
*Add 1 part sugar to 1 part boiling water and stir to dissolve.
