Doorly’s 5 Barbados Rum Punch

  • 15ml Lime juice
  • 30ml Sugar syrup
  • 45ml Doorly’s 5
  • 60ml Water
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • Grated nutmeg

Rum & Cake & Ginger Beer

Appleton Estate 8 Mai Tai

  • 50ml Appleton Estate 8
  • 15ml Orange Liqueur
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 10ml Orgeat syrup
  • 10ml Sugar syrup*

*Add 1 part sugar to 1 part boiling water and stir to dissolve.
